                     Fire Fighting Heli-Tanks Project
From September 2000 to August 2001, Jordan Air was contracted to build five, 2000-gallon fire tanks for S64 Heli-Tankers. 

This project required the fabrication of an 8' x 8' x 20' fixture to maintain precise alignment of the 8 mount fittings and the doorframe.  All work was done per customer supplied drawing package and stringent quality standards.  During that time, Jordan Air fabricated the fixture, fabricated most of the sheet metal parts for eight tanks, assembled five tank structures and did final door rigging on eight tanks.

The contract was completed on time and under budget.
